WDC Group both designed and managed the construction on this 146,000 square feet facility from the concept to the finish of the project. This state-of-the-art structure includes a 130’ x 280’ indoor arena, a covered 150’ x 300’ outdoor arena, 475 permanent stalls, (2) banquet halls, multiple meeting offices, and a 10,000 square feet food court and vendor area. The facility is designed for multiple purposes including events for horse, cattle, swine, sheep and other livestock, and entertainment activities for agricultural and non-agricultural events alike. Both buildings are pre-engineered steel structures. The project began in the fall of 2003 with site and foundations, and was completed by the summer of 2004, prior to the annual Clark County Fair.
